A lot of times, when facing a big job, we tend to think about doing it in one, big block. For example, I’m a senior in high school and I have all A’s and two B+’s. I’m hoping to get all A’s by the end of the year. It stresses me out to think of working extra hard every single night and not getting anything wrong. So instead, I’m just going to work a little harder each time I do school work - just a step up from what I was doing before. Try applying this method to other things in life - I use this when I work out too (and it works great!).
